In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in social media marketing to assist advertisers with campaign strategies, budget optimization, and performance insights.Key Responsibilities:Act as an advisor on digital marketing strategies for advertisers, focusing on social media optimization.Provide information and guidance on using social media marketing tools to achieve business objectives.Analyze and evaluate social media advertising metrics to track effectiveness.Make both inbound and outbound calls with advertisers, advising on their advertisements and budget allocations.Understand and implement customer requirements, collaborating on effective sales funnel strategies.Identify trends and potential issues early, applying innovative ideas to enhance advertising campaigns.Benefits & CompensationBase Salary: €2,750 per month grossPerformance Bonus: Up to €687.50 monthlyAttendance Bonus: Additional €40Contract: Initial 1-year contract with a 4-month probation period; option to extendWorking Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:15 PMTraining: Comprehensive 4-week onboarding programRequirements:Must already reside in the Berlin areaFluent in Czech and proficient in EnglishTake the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment.
