You’ll work alongside your team to address customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.In this role, you will maintain strong customer relationships by responding to questions and concerns quickly and professionally, while also performing data entry and utilizing software tools.
