Ensure that all transactions related to Buying Admin are deliveredCollaborate with the Buyers and Suppliers to ensure all requests are processed on the systemWork via emails and systems of RMS, RPM and GOLD.Ensure all admin activities from the Buyer are actionedWork with Buyers on the admin tasksEnsure all records are accurately maintainedDeliver my work base on standard operating procedures defined for each of these processesRespond to queries from Supplier partners and Product teamManage my workload effectively and in a timely mannerDemonstrate speed and accuracy in all my tasksDeliver agreed timelines and deliver the right quality of my workAccountable for all the activities and processes throughout my Area that are required and detailed in 'SOP'.

Requirements

High School educationIntermediate level EnglishAdvanced level Czech or Slovakian languageMS OfficeTime Management/Decision makingNumerical ability/Analytical skillsExperience of balancing prioritiesTesco RMS, RPM, GOLD and CDA systemManaging process and performanceAbility working accurately & consistently
