We are seeking enthusiastic Icelandic-speaking individuals to join a global leader in technical support. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will assist customers with technical inquiries, ensuring excellent service through effective communication and problem-solving.Responsibilities:Provide technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone.Resolve customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.Utilize internet applications, browsers and tools to assist customers.Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail in customer interactions.Participate in comprehensive training sessions to ensure familiarity with the tools and systems.
Requirements
Language Skills:Native or C2-level proficiency in Icelandic.C1-level proficiency in English (for training and resources).Technical Skills:Advanced PC knowledge and experience with MS Office.Comfortable using internet applications and browsers.Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy.Soft Skills:Strong written communication skills.Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.Experience:Prior customer support experience is a plus but not required.

Salary & Benefits:Base salary: €1,300 (x14 salaries)Performance bonus: Up to €300 per month.Location:Candidates must be based in Athens or willing to relocate.Relocation Support:€300 gross monthly accommodation bonus for 12 months.Work Environment:Working and training will take place on-site at our modern premises in Piraeus.Schedule:Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 23:00.
