Are you passionate about creating a safer online environment where scams, fraud and cyber grooming are prevented?We have exciting opportunities for Full-Time German-Speaking Content Moderators/Customer Support Agents in sunny Malta! As a Content Moderator, you’ll play a crucial role in reviewing content across various marketplaces/apps, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and country-specific laws. By doing so, you’ll contribute to a secure online space for users to interact with each other. As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll professionally respond to customer questions and complaints via email or live chat (no phone calls). Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: We offer a hybrid working environment in Malta. Requirements

No prior experience is necessary.What matters to us is your drive and dedication to making a positive impact in the digital world. If you possess advanced German reading and written skills and have conversant/basic English skills, proficient computer skills, the ability to make quick and accurate decisions, attention to detail, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt, we want to hear from you! Please note that you must be available to work morning and late shifts until midnight on a rotational basis.
