Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to provide first class player experienceAssist players with technical troubleshootingEducate players on game rules and features.Stay informed and provide feedback. Keep up-to-date with the latest products, promotions, and regulatory changes in the online gambling industry.

Requirements

Native-level fluency in Dutch and English is essential.Able to work on shift basis across weekdays and weekendsDemonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Prioritize player satisfaction, showing professionalism and empathy.Thrive as a flexible multitasker, adapting swiftly to a fast-paced environment and work as part of a great team
