Requirements

Candidate profileFluent in Dutch (C1–C2) and good English skillsStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesCustomer-oriented with a service-minded attitudeInterest in or experience with technical troubleshooting (preferred)Comfortable using computers, online tools, and ticketing systemsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProactive, adaptable, and a team playerEU passport or valid residence permit for Portugal
