Due to our business and operational expansion, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with solid English to join our team. Hybrid is defined as minimum of 2 days per week working from the office and maximum 3 days remotely. Working hours are Monday - Sunday 10:00 - 23:00h. What will you be doing?Providing customer support services via telephoneFocusing on customers’ needs and offering the best solutionResolving issues while providing the best services and products for our customers’ experienceMaximising all revenue opportunities in communications with customers
Requirements
To be 18 years of age or olderGood communication skillsProblem-solving skillsGood command of English languageBasic computer literacyPositive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressureWillingness to learn, develop and improvePrevious experience in Customer Service is considered a strong advantage but not a requirement
