If you are a native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, this is your opportunity to join the Disney theme park team in Barcelona.What you will do:-You will handle incoming customer calls via phone, email, chat, and other platforms.-You will resolve customer inquiries and needs quickly, efficiently, and professionally.-You will offer personalized solutions to meet user needs.-You will maintain constant communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.-You will proactively work to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

You are the ideal candidate if:-You have a Native level of Dutch.-You have Fluent in English.-You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-You are able to work on rotation shifts.-You are able to start in January 2025.

Offer

What we offer:-Permanent contract and paid training from day one.-You have two weekends free a month, Posibility of having 3 consecutive free days.-Location: 100% on-site in Barcelona, one of the most vibrant and multicultural cities in Europe.-Salary: €22,000 per year + bonus of up to €2,000.
