As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing high-quality service through inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of service.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer inquiries and requests via calls, live chat, email, and social media.Provide accurate and timely information and solutions related to products and services.Record customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes.Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German (C1) and good command of English (B1).Passion for sports, especially football, is a strong advantage.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications.Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
