We are seeking new Customer Service Agents with native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and Spanish to handle luggage support calls for a major airline.

Requirements:Advanced level of Italian (minimum C1) and SpanishProficiency with computer applicationsResidence in Seville or the ability to work on-site at our Seville hub in Los RemediosStart Date:Training is scheduled to begin on November 25th.
Offer
3-month contract with the possibility of renewal25 hours per week with a salary of €985 gross/month, including a language bonusWork schedule: Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week (two weekends off per month), shifts between 3:00 PM and 20:00 AMTraining: 15 days on line. Selective training period (afternoons) prior to the start of the contract, with a €10 gross per day stipendWork mode: On-site in Seville, with the possibility of a hybrid model after the training period
