We currently seek Customer Service Advisors for our partner, the online streaming service of the digital media giant. What you will do in this role:Answer phone calls, e-mails, and messages on social media and live chat from customersHelp customers with service-related issuesInform customers of promo eventsWork shifts: morning 09:00-17:45, afternoon 13:15-22:00, (Working hours are according to the market covered)Phone calls are inbound, NO cold-callingSuitable for people without experience

Requirements

What we expect:Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to quickly identify customers' problems and needsAbility to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectivelyA client-oriented approach, patience, and strong communication skillsTeam players with the ability to work in a Customer Service environmentLiving in the Czech Republic is a plusNative Croatian and communicative level of English in both oral and written form
