Start: 4 th November or 21st November Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00 Days off: 2 days (rotative)Tasks:Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channelsSupport our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and serviceActively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchantsClosely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
Requirements
German C2 / English B2Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)Excellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in EnglishLove to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customersGood and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for youCurious and persistent to solve issuesOrganized and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
