Are you a native Czech speaker looking for an exciting new challenge abroad?We are currently recruiting for a Customer Representative position with a Monday to Friday schedule, based in Bulgaria, offering a hybrid work model and relocation support!???? Your Responsibilities:- Provide professional customer support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, or chat- Assist with inquiries, product information, orders, and general troubleshooting- Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards- Accurately document interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
Requirements
- Native or fluent in Czech (C1-C2)- Good level of English (B2 or higher)- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset-Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria- Have to own an EU Passport or a valid VISA to work in Bulgaria???? Location & Work Model:- Hybrid work (partially remote after 6 Months)- Based in Sofia, Bulgaria- Monday to Friday schedule – No weekend shifts!
