Coffee lovers wanted! Come work and live in sunny Lisbon as a Dutch-speaking customer service expert for a leading coffee brand. Discover new cultures and enjoy attractive benefits.Providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and chat. Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring an optimal customer experience. Handling incoming and outgoing contacts, responding quickly and accurately to customer queries. Applying the brand tone to deliver a high-quality experience. Utilising problem-solving skills to achieve First Contact Resolution. Selling and promoting customer loyalty, and optimising order value.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and good in English (B2 level). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for customer service and brand representation. Problem-solving ability and multitasking skills. Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (Monday to Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.).

Offer

Attractive salary package: Total salary package: €1,409/month (including benefits) Accommodation option (tax-free until 2026). Paid training (20 working days).
