As a Croatian-speaking Customer Support Specialist for the well-known travel company, you will:• Handle inbound inquiries from accommodation and car rental partners• Provide support via phone, email, and chat• Assist with booking changes, pricing, and availability updates• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality• Work in a fast-paced, international environment
Requirements
• Native or fluent Croatian• Good English level (B2 or higher)• EU passport (mandatory – no visa sponsorship)• Willingness to relocate to Greece• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or F&B• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment
Offer
