ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customerAnalyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for actionGive feedback for policies/tools/processes improvementsGain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned toTrain other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the managerPerform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are metUphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactionsWillingness to learn and work on a dynamic project Important: This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech

Requirements

Qualifications we seek in you!Proficient level of German min B2Very good level of English min B2Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset High School Degree  Preferred qualificationsTrust & Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderationNeutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification & policy reviewStrong emotional intelligence and resilienceAccurate and critical work attitude
