With a strong commitment to innovation, they have transformed social interaction, creating a platform where hundreds of millions of users connect and communicate every day.What you'll doAssess videos, images, text, and audio to ensure compliance with community standards; Identify and address content that does not comply with platform guidelines; Moderate comments, posts, and appeals to maintain a respectful space;  Apply relevant classifications for better organization and accessibility; Uphold legal and platform guidelines to protect integrity; Document moderation actions and identify recurring issues;  Communicate with policy, compliance, and legal departments for complex cases; Work on a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 

Requirements

Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Italian (C2); Good knowledge of English (minimum B2); Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently; Stay updated with frequent policy changes; Work effectively in a self-paced and structured environment; Critical thinking and ability to apply platform guidelines accurately; Ability to handle sensitive and potentially distressing content with professionalism; Previous experience in moderation, social media, or a related field (preferred).
