Start: 25/11/2024, 2nd December or 9th December Work model: Hybrid, 3 days per week at the office DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive growth by creating sales-qualified opportunities and showing prospects how the product can revolutionize client's businessProactively source new opportunities using cutting-edge technology and innovative approachesQualify leads and seamlessly hand them over to Account Executives for closingBuild long-lasting, impactful relationships with key stakeholdersStay on top of daily, weekly, and monthly performance metricsEngage prospective clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and LinkedInConsistently achieve sales goals and contribute to overall team successBe a passionate advocate for company's product and services, generating interest and assessing the perfect fit for both partiesQuickly become an expert in company'sofferings, staying updated on the latest developments and services provided.

Requirements

Fluent in both German and English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken formsA burning passion for a career in salesIdeally, 1+ years of experience in B2B sales or business developmentConfidence to build trust and make an impact from the first interaction, coupled with excellent soft skillsExceptional active listening skills with the ability to synthesize information quicklyStrong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExperience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatoryA growth mindset with a positive attitude, open to feedback and continuous improvementImpeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
