Utilize CRM to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects. Analyze market and tailor strategies to increase conversion rates. Initiate contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Understand and articulate the value proposition clearly to spark interest among prospects. Identify and leverage industry trends and insights to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients. Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to attract and nurture leads. Test and optimize email content and delivery strategies to improve open rates and engagement. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance future campaigns.Develop and implement strategies to expand the outreach program, focusing on innovative tactics to reach and engage target markets. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outbound initiatives with overall business goals. Continuously seek out new opportunities and channels for outreach to broaden the prospect base. Key Skills:1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in Hospitality and/or SaaS. Sales/business development experience. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey messages in written and verbal form. Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach. Creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategies. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales or marketing role.
