Their solutions save you time and money so you can provide exceptional service to your customers that exceeds your expectations. TasksYou will be in charge of registering data to facilitate the administrative management of the customer relationship center and enter data to generate billing, thus triggering payments for the benefit of members.Mainly, you will be collecting the necessary information from the insurance company and/or workshops and through different communication channels (call, mail, system) to introduce it into the systems and start the repair of vehicles in the workshop network of the company. Also receive calls from garages to cancel the repair order.
Requirements
Mandatory a native/bilingüal level of spoken and written GermanVery good command of Spanish and/or EnglishValuable previous experience in administration or Back office.Knowledge of MS Office advanced and used to working with e-mail and Internet.Dynamic person with initiative.Customer service orientation.Capacity for communication and synthesis.Organized, responsible and results-oriented.Available to start working immediately in Barcelona.
