On this occasion, one of our leading gas clients is looking for a Back Office employee with a native French level in Porto. As a Back Office Agent you will:Resolve customer simple and complex queries that impact the performance of the business.Change and maintain customer's data on the system.Ensure a good relationship with customers.Furthermore, ensure that the data received from the customer or other Linde department is accurately and timely maintained.

Requirements

You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and emails with customers daily.You speak French at a native level and English fluently.Pro-active, focused on responding promptly to action.You have SAP and Outlook tools basic knowledge.Able to work in a result oriented team.Minimum required secondary school.
