Location: LisbonRole: Austrian-German speaking Content ModeratorSalary: salary package 1,100 euro gross p/m (paid 14 p/a) plus 100 euro gross fixed monthly bonus (paid 11x pa) plus  7.63 euro net p/working day food vouchersWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week, rotational 24x7 operationRelocation package:Furnished room in a shared apartment for up to 12 monthsUtilities includedSubsidised rent, deducted directly from salaryAbout the RoleAs a Content Moderator, you will ensure that all content uploaded to a leading e-commerce platform meets the company’s standards of quality, compliance, and safety. You will play a key role in maintaining trust in the platform by making rational decisions based on local market expertise and established guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesReview content within agreed service levels and quality standardsEnsure policy and legal compliance of all content uploaded to the platformEscalate issues in accordance with company proceduresStay up to date and adaptable to policy changes and process updatesMaintain a strong knowledge of e-commerce products, services, and standardsWork flexibly across shifts while adhering to standard operating protocols

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:Native fluent in Austrian-German and EnglishHave strong moderation skills and sound decision-making abilitiesPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrate local market knowledge and cultural awarenessHave a solid understanding of e-commerceCan cope with peaks in workload during promotional seasonsShow empathy, professionalism, and strong customer service skills
