For one of our clients – an international company delivering digital end to end solution, weare on a lookout for experienced, adaptable and motivated people for the role of Audio-Video Trainer.Role Summary:The AV Trainer / Technician plays a dual role, balancing the responsibilities of training futureAV professionals with operational duties in studio environments. This dynamic positioninvolves technical expertise in AV and IT systems, effective communication, and a dedicationto continuous learning and development.Key Responsibilities:* Program Development: Create and lead engaging, hands-on training programs for aspiring AV Technicians.* AV Equipment Setup: Install and configure AV/IT equipment in line with Broadcast Engineer plans.* Camera Installation: Set up professional video cameras, including lenses, monitors, and power systems.* Lighting Installation: Install studio lighting systems, with bonus knowledge of Chroma Key setups.* Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.* Shift Flexibility: Work night shifts or extended hours as required to support studio operations.Qualifications:* Hardware Knowledge: Skilled in assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing AV/IT hardware.* Test Equipment: Familiar with using multimeters and understanding AC/DC circuitry.* Operating Systems: Experienced in configuring and installing Windows and Linux systems.* Willingness to travel, sometimes for extended periods.* Adaptable to changing schedules and environments.What Our Client Offers:* Competitive salary and private health insurance from day one.* FitPass membership and discounts at popular brands after three months.* A modern studio space in Bucharest.* Opportunities for growth in an international work environment.If you feel excited and confident that you're the perfect fit, we encourage you to take the nextstep.
