Back Office:Management and validation of documentation, ensuring accuracy and quality in processes.Front Office:Customer service for current and potential clients, providing clarification on automatic payment service contracts (TPA).

Requirements

Experience in customer care or customer service (support lines);Clear, formal, and professional communication skills;Team spirit, dynamism, and a strong sense of responsibility.
