Assist our Operations Manager in overseeing projectsOrganize and manage a dedicated warehouse team from afarPrepare, manage, and archive employee documentsCreate work schedules and handle payroll calculationsResolve employee issues and maintain a work environment.Keep track of operational indicators and cost calculationsWork with our recruitment department to plan staffing needsCoordinate with the Facility department to provide accommodations for project-assigned employees

Requirements

Excellent command of Romanian (C1 level)Good knowledge of German (at least B1+ level)Valid category B driver's licenseStrong communication skills and flexibility in adapting to organizational changesProficiency in computer useWillingness to travel to Germany for business (about 30% of your monthly working time)Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
