Accenture seeks a Sourcing Specialist to lead sourcing projects end to end and collaborate with internal and external clients to lead identified sourcing events related to various spend areas for different categories i.e., Technology, HR, CPS, Marketing, Professional Services, Legal, Travel etc., category should be changed based on job requirement . The resource will have a proven track record in leading and managing multiple sourcing projects, demonstrate 5 years category experience, project manage, strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze and recommend supplier selection in a client as well as negotiate and close both the commercial and legal terms in a contract.Talent Segment AdvisoryThis role includes all the following key responsibilities. Please review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to understand the expectations for this role.Lead Sourcing ProjectsLead without guidance execution of sourcing projects to contract closureDemonstrate the ability to negotiate both incumbent renewals or as part of a RFP process achieve savings.Knowledge and experience in desired category.Strong hands on experience working on ERP systems such as Jaggaer, Ariba, SAP, etc.Interact with key customer and internal stakeholders and work closely with them to identify areas of improvementOffer creative solutions to support the overall sourcing program and achieve desired resultsTo ensure timely project deliverables with the defined quality standardsWill be responsible for creating presenting the deliverables to Client Internal global team membersA track record of strong collaboration and ability to influence outcomes.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data to create recommendations.

Requirements

QualificationB.E B.Tech, MBA, CPSM CPM desired5 years of Sourcing Category Management experience, out of which approximately 90 should be in Global SourcingRFx Management P4 ExpertMS PowerPoint, Excel P4 ExpertComplexityRequires identifying and assessing complex problems for area of responsibility. Creates solutions in situations where analysis requires an in depth evaluation of variable factors.Requires adherence to the strategic direction set by senior managementInteraction with senior management at a client and or within Accenture involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.AuthorityPower to influence or complete assignments independently and ability to make decisions, as indicated by latitude to devise work products or plans, reliance on instruction, and decision making abilitySome latitude in decision making.
