It acts as a legal advisory services function that operates at scale and at speed, leveraging new processes and technologies.  Job Profile Summary Draft, review and negotiate the buyside agreements and similar/related documentation with Accenture suppliers, subcontractors, local partners and charitable organizations to (i) procure various goods and services including but not limited to Contractors, Human Resources Support, IT & Telecom, Marketing & Communications, Workplace Support (Facilities & Services), Software as a Service etc; and (ii) enable giving back or partnering with the local communities/start-ups, in accordance with Accenture's supplier's/corporate citizenship contracting standards, applicable laws, and business requirements to ensure contractual risks are clearly identified and addressed in compliance with Accenture's policies and standards.   Responsibilities Review supplier templates and ensure that the deviations to the Accenture’s supplier’s contracting standards are timely identified and highlighted to the business whenever they pose as risks to Accenture operationsDevelop subject-matter knowledge and increase proficiency in the concerned support area and act as its POC Directly liaise with internal stakeholders on various issues and build credible and effective relationships with the internal stakeholders as well as within the LBC team Liaise, negotiate and effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders such as deal teams, Solution Architects, Procurement, HR, Workplace, Finance, Marketing & Communications etc., as well as with external parties such as suppliers, contractors, subcontractors etc. to ensure contractual risks are clearly identified and addressed in compliance with Accenture's policies and standardsAdvise the Business from legal perspective to address the potential contractual risks that may pose as risks to Accenture business operations

Requirements

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:Fluency in French and English in speaking and writing, including legal terminology and ability to formulate legal documentsExperience and knowledge of the French legal environment regarding commercial contractsDemonstrate promptness, accuracy, consistency, and drives tasks to closureAble to work with internal and external teams to assist with day-to-day support and to understand delivery requirementsDemonstrate adaptability, positive & collaborative attitude, good interpersonal skills, strong time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and organization skillsDemonstrate keenness to learn and train on new processes and areas, able to assist with day-to-day support and to understand delivery requirementsAble to recommend high quality and timely advice for risk mitigation by efficiently assessing business and legal implicationsComfortable with technology, experience in tools & databases, with proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Demonstrate adaptability, positive & collaborative attitude, good interpersonal skills, strong time management and prioritization skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and organization skills Education: University degree certifying the study of French law  Work Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience at law firm or as in-house counsel and/or in legal outsourcing.
