Supporting external Suppliers of ALDI, answering questions related to supplier processes by phone and writtenFull support of our internal buyer colleagues with procurement-related questions and IT errorsProcessing of requests and incidents in our internal ticket management systemAnalysis and resolution of upcoming complex IT cases with the available authorizationsPermanent contact with specialized IT solution teamsExpansion of the existing knowledge base, continuous professional trainingsClose cooperation with Aldi’s peers

Requirements

Confident intermediate English and Slovenian language skillsAn advantage, but not a requirement: experience in supporting external suppliers, tenders and background systems (SAP Ariba, P360, SAP)Willingness to work in a multi-shift work schedule for 5/24 support At least secondary educationEager to learn and adapt new IT solutionsCustomer focus, strong communication skillsResonsible workTeam spirit
