Apply now to join the Otovo team and help us create a brighter future for all!☀️ About your roleStart: ASAPLocation: European Operations Center (Calle Tiziano 5, Madrid)Job Summary:We are building out our first ever pre-sales team in Otovo, which means you’ll have an opportunity to join a growing team, learn new skills, make an impact and forge a career in one of the fastest growing company in Europe.We are looking for a motivated Pre-Sales Specialist, to join our European team in Madrid.You will talk to our incoming customers via phone, gather the key information, qualify them, and book in a meeting (video or physical) with our technical sales staff.☀️ Key Responsibilities:As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you are responsible for the first contact with the customers (B2C; private individuals owning their house).You are the first to contact our potential customers and gather relevant information, and book in meeting with our technical salesYou present the advantages of the Otovo product portfolio clearly and convincingly.You identify customer needs and wishes and document them in the CRM system (Hubspot)You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.You report to the Team Lead for Pre-Sales.

Requirements

You are characterized by clear and convincing communication.Sales and customer-centric mindsetYou speak one of the languages German and have a good command of English to be able to communicate with your international colleagues.Highly organized and able to work both in team and independentlyOverall, Otovo is looking for a Junior Pre-Sales Specialist with strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in a customer-facing role, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
