OFFER THE GREATEST SERVICE TO GUESTS • Carry out in a qualified manner, with initiative and responsibility, the welcoming of guests and all related tasks. • Execute customer service tasks at the reception. • Carry out the procedures related to the occupation and sale of the rooms (Reservations, Check In and Check Out). • Perform tasks related to billing and collection, as well as foreign currency exchange. • Receive and process customer complaints using the SEDAS approach (internal training approach)
