You’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping to foster collaboration and drive initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance via voice, chat, and email.Address challenges in a customer-focused environment, ensuring a positive experience.Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and develop solutions.Engage in problem-solving to prioritize customer interests and satisfaction.Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance customer engagement.Communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English, in both spoken and written forms.Role Requirements:Bilingual proficiency in Dutch (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2/C1).Previous experience in customer support, particularly in technical assistance or IT help desk roles.Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player in a remote setting.Adaptability to changes in processes and information.Willingness to undergo a background screening.Proven experience in customer communication via email and phone.Strong familiarity with external systems and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet applications).
