We are seeking a dynamic Front Office Support Agent to help our customers' with technical inquiries across various services including VoIP, Internet, Digital Television, and Mobile. Don’t worry it’s not super technical and full training will be provided. :-) In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for support, leveraging every conversation to enhance customer satisfaction and explore sales opportunities.

Requirements

Native Dutch/Flemish along with a communicative level of English.Willingness to relocate to BulgariaPrevious experience in a Sales/Commercial or Customer Care type position would be an advantage but is not essential.Good communication skills, empathy and commercial acumen.Ability to stay calm under pressure.Flexibility to work shifts. (sometimes evenings or weekends)An interest in telecommunications would be considered a positive. :-)
