Requirements
Dutch at C2 level and good command of English (B2)1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (call center experience preferred)Strong negotiation skills and high customer empathyConfident using Microsoft Office and navigating PC-based software toolsFast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and capable of multitasking across different product queuesIndependent, results-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence
