Your goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth and stress-free travel experience.Key Responsibilities:Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.Assist with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flight, train, and hotel services.Provide personalized solutions that meet customers' needs.Handle customer data efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

Requirements:Fluency in Danish (C1 or C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level).A customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.Flexibility and adaptability in various situations.A clean criminal record is required.
