Right now they are looking for fluent German speakers to join their team as an Airline Customer Service Advisor. What will your days look like?· Helping customers with different requests (through various channels - email, phone, chat, etc...)· Being the link between partners and customers· Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers as well as co-workers and supervisors If you are:· An open and friendly person and you like to connect with people· Motivated to learn about airline and luxury industries and products such as loyalty programs, booking of flight tickets, B2B activities, social media, after-flight claims, and related subjects· Proficient in English and German, interested in using it daily· Experienced in customer service (that is a big plus) Here's a taste of what we offer: Relocation assistance – 1 month free shared accommodation or 25 000CZK to help with initial accommodation costs.Good local salary plus regular bonusesOpportunity to work 40 days per year abroad, anywhere in the Schengen Zone.Possibility to work remotely from anywhere in Czechia.
